How long does a session take?
Sessions are unhurried by design. Most families are in and out in 20 to 30 minutes but we never rush you. Your slot is yours for the full duration.
How do I receive my photos?
Your photos are delivered via QR code and can be scanned and downloaded immediately on site after your session. No waiting, no emails your memories are ready the moment your session ends.
What is included in a session?
Each session includes professional photography with premium lighting and equipment, your choice of Traditional or Black Santa experience, and immediate digital delivery of your photos via QR code at print-ready resolution. Full package details and pricing are available at your chosen location.
Which locations offer both experiences?
Currently, Edgewater Mall in Biloxi, MS is the only location offering both Traditional Santa and Black Santa experiences. All other locations are dedicated to a single, premium experience. Check your nearest location on the Locations page for the full breakdown.
What if my child is nervous or needs extra time?
We are experienced with children of all ages and temperaments. If your little one needs a moment, we take a moment. Our Santas are professionals who know how to put children at ease. There is no rush and no pressure.
Do you offer sessions for children with sensory sensitivities?
Yes. We offer Sweet Moments sessions designed for children who need a quieter, lower-stimulation environment. These run at specific times at select locations. Contact us directly to book.
Can we bring props or wear matching outfits?
Absolutely. Matching pyjamas, Christmas sweaters, family colours, bring whatever makes the moment feel like yours. The more personal the better.
Do you offer Pet Night sessions?
Pet Night is back and this year, reservations are required. A reservation fee applies. Secure your pet's spot in advance as spaces are strictly limited.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions cancelled more than 48 hours before your booking receive a full refund. Within 48 hours sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible if plans change.
